Listen
1 – 2 weeks
A free consultation to understand your site, budget, and vision. We visit or study the land, ask how you want to use the building, and talk openly about what the budget can carry before anyone commits.
You receive: a written brief, an outline fee proposal, and a realistic schedule.

Design
2 – 4 weeks
We turn that into drawings you can see and feel. Plans, sections, and 3D views, tested against sun path, prevailing wind, and how you move through the building on an ordinary day.
You receive: concept plans, 3D views, and an early cost direction.
03
Refine
4 – 10 weeks
We work through materials and details until it is right. Timber, stone, and finishes are chosen with cost and maintenance in mind, then documented so the permit process and the contractor both have what they need.
You receive: material selections, technical drawings, and permit-ready documents.
04
Build
Through construction
We stay involved through construction, so what is built matches what was designed. Site visits, answers to contractor questions, and checks at the moments that are hard to undo later.
You receive: regular site reviews, resolved details, and a finished building that reads like the drawings.
